The site

Housecall Glam is a website that lists makeup artists. It is run by TBG Strategic Consulting LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Listings are information, not a recommendation

Housecall Glam publishes listings for businesses it does not own, operate or employ, compiled from public business listings, including Google Maps data obtained through a third-party data provider. We do not vet, endorse, licence-check or guarantee any business that appears here, and a listing — including a high position in a result — is not a recommendation.

Listing details describe what our source reported on the date we collected them, which is not the same as what is true today. Businesses close, move, change hands and change prices without telling us. Confirm anything you intend to rely on — price, availability, insurance, licensing, the terms of the booking -- directly with the business before you engage them.

Any arrangement you make with a listed business is between you and that business. TBG Strategic Consulting LLC is not a party to it, does not take part in the service provided, and is not responsible for its performance.

If you operate a listed business and want its entry corrected or removed, write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

Price

Housecall Glam is free to use. Billing model: free, and nothing on the site is for sale.

• Refunds. Nothing on Housecall Glam is for sale today, so there is nothing to refund. If we ever add something you can pay for, its refund rule will be on this page before anyone can buy it. See refunds.
• Cancellation. There is no plan or subscription to cancel. You can stop using the site at any time.
• If that changes. We will show a price before anyone is asked to pay it, and give 30 days notice before any new charge affects you.

A business cannot pay to be listed or to rank higher.

Not professional advice

Ratings and review counts on Housecall Glam come from Google. A description under a listing is a line from that business's own website. None of it is a recommendation, and nothing here is professional advice. See our disclaimer.

Your responsibilities

• If you add or correct a listing, what you send must be true, and the business must be yours or one you are allowed to list.
• Do not use the site to break the law or another party's terms.
• Do not copy the listings in bulk or scrape the site.

What we owe you

We will make a reasonable effort to keep the product available and your data intact, and we will tell you without unreasonable delay if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBG Strategic Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the site at any time. If you added a listing, ask us to take it down and we will. We may remove a listing, or refuse one, that breaks these terms. See the privacy policy for how long we keep what you sent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. There are no accounts to email, so a change is posted here before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
