The product

Housecall Glam is directory of makeup artists who travel to you software provided by TBG Strategic Consulting LLC. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these terms.

Plans and billing

Billing model: billing.model — not set.

Refunds. billing.refundWindow — not set
Cancellation. Cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Price changes. We give 30 days notice before a price change affects you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Not adviceKind — not set advice

Housecall Glam produces calculations and analysis from information you provide. It is a software tool, not a professional adviser, and nothing it outputs is advice. Decisions with money or legal consequence attached should be checked with a qualified professional who knows your situation. See our disclaimer.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put into the product.
Keep your licence key private. Anyone holding it can reach your data.
Do not use the product to break the law or another party's terms.

What we owe you

We will make a reasonable effort to keep the product available and your data intact, and we will tell you without unreasonable delay if something goes wrong that affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBG Strategic Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop at any time from the billing portal. We may end an account that breaches these terms. On termination you can export your data — see the privacy policy for how long it is kept.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of governingLaw — not set, and disputes are heard in disputeVenue — not set.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
